The fully automated pre-filled syringe production line is employed, achieving automatic film tearing, filling, and sealing. The filling area meets the Class 100 laminar flow standard.
Terminal sterilization assurance

Equipped with a ventilated drying sterilization cabinet, it ensures uniform heat distribution and stable sterilization procedures.
Sealing process control

Customize sterile ingredient systems and BFS filling systems to achieve full process sealing operations including ingredient preparation, molding, filling, and sealing.
