Notice on Standardizing the Use of ChemDraw Software

Recently, the company received a notification letter regarding the strengthening of asset management for the ChemDraw software series. Currently, there are cases of using pirated ChemDraw software on the market. The following is a notice regarding the usage standards of ChemDraw software:

According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software of the People's Republic of China" and the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China", if any personnel use unauthorized ChemDraw software, they shall immediately stop using and uninstall the software. If necessary, please purchase authorization or use alternative software on your own. It is strictly prohibited to use unauthorized software within the company to avoid potential software quality issues and intellectual property infringement risks.

If unauthorized use of ChemDraw software is found within the company, all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user themselves.
