Exploring Digital Biotechnology and Promoting International Exchange and Cooperation | Singaporean Scholars Visit Xingyue Biotechnology
On July 23rd, a delegation from the National University of Singapore went to Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City for study and exchange. At the Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City Planning Exhibition Hall, different exhibition areas present various aspects such as the development history, scientific and technological achievements, and industrial trends of the future science and technology city. The visiting delegation fully experienced the development concept of "talent led and innovation driven" in the future science and technology city through content explanation, planning videos, and "physical+interactive" methods. They had zero distance contact with enterprise science and technology innovation products, immersive experience of the integration of Yuhang's digital economy and intelligent technology, and witnessed the innovation pulse empowered by technology.
At Xingyue Biotechnology, the visiting delegation visited multiple areas including GMP purification workshop, R&D center, and product exhibition hall. Xingyue Biotechnology's core advantage in the field of life and health was to break through the industry's solid state with a new biomaterial - silk fibroin. The research and development achievements covered multiple fields such as sports medicine and regenerative medicine, medical aesthetics, and functional skincare, which aroused the strong interest of the visiting delegation.
In Weitai Medical Instruments (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., company executives demonstrated the functions of the diabetes treatment product "sticking smart insulin pump" and the monitoring product "continuous glucose monitoring system" to the delegation, and introduced the enterprise's exhibition hall and automation workshop in detail.
At the end of the visit, members of the delegation expressed that they had benefited greatly from this exchange. The integration of technology and digitization left a deep impression on everyone, and they were greatly impressed by China's forward-looking and rapid development in the field of biotechnology.
