The mid-term meeting of the 2023 Zhejiang Province "Lingyan" R&D Key Project "Development and Clinical Transformation of Tendon Tissue Engineering Products Based on Natural Proteins" was successfully held

On the morning of October 12th, led by Zhejiang Xingyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the mid-term meeting of the Zhejiang Province 2023 "Leading Goose" R&D Key Project "Development and Clinical Transformation of Tendon Tissue Engineering Products Based on Natural Proteins" was held at Zhejiang Xingyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with the participation of the Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center (Jianhu Laboratory), Zhejiang University, and Zhejiang University of Technology.

Professor Wang Jinfeng from Zhejiang University of Technology, Dr. Mao Ying from the Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center (Jianhu Laboratory), Dr. Nie Nanfang from Zhejiang University, Dr. Zhao Hongshi, Executive Vice General Manager of Xingyue Biology, and Dr. Wang Yanyan, Technical Department Manager, and other team members attended the meeting.

Accompanied by company personnel, the responsible persons of each participating unit visited the company's pilot workshop, R&D center, testing platform, and product exhibition hall in turn, and had discussions and exchanges on the completion of the main technical and economic indicators, as well as the execution of funds for the 2023 "Lingyan" R&D research and development plan project.

At the exchange meeting, Dr. Wang Yanyan gave a presentation on the theme of "Development and clinical translation of tendon tissue engineering products based on natural proteins", introducing the project overview, research content and objectives, project progress, and funding utilization. Dr. Mao Ying reported on the mechanical analysis of the improved patch shaping process. Dr. Nie Nanfang reported on the research of high-throughput multidimensional detection and biosafety evaluation methods for composite scaffolds, as well as related technologies and later experimental plan arrangements.

After carefully listening to the reports from various units, the project leaders exchanged and discussed the current progress of the project and the key technical difficulties encountered. The financial manager, Wang Fang, provided a systematic report and analysis on the execution of funds, and determined the requirements for summarizing and analyzing them every six months.

Through communication, various project units effectively promoted project progress in the first half of the year and achieved a series of innovative results. Dr. Zhao Hongshi, the project leader, emphasized the need to strengthen communication and collaboration among project units, promptly identify problems that arise during project execution, and work together to solve them in order to quickly and effectively promote project progress according to plan. Finally, everyone discussed the overall promotion plan for the second half of the year. This exchange meeting has achieved complete success with the joint promotion of various project units.
