Leaders from Zhejiang Provincial Medical Products Administration visited the "Medical Silk Raw Material Base" for assistance and guidance

On the morning of April 16, 2022, Dong Geng, Director of Drug Safety of Zhejiang Provincial Drug Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Drug Administration), Qi Weimin, Director of Zhejiang Medical Device Evaluation Center, and other leaders visited the company's "Medical Silk Raw Material Base" for research and guidance. Vice General Managers Zhang Xiao, Zhao Hongshi, and Chen Longkun accompanied the company.

During the research period, the visiting leaders carefully inspected the construction of the base and gained a deep understanding of quality control and other issues in the sericulture process. I carefully listened to the person in charge of the base regarding the problems and difficulties encountered in the current operation and development process of the base.

After listening to the relevant report from the person in charge of the base, Dong Geng, Director of Drug Safety of the Provincial Medical Products Administration, fully affirmed the various work of the base, especially the benchmark project of Xingyue Biotechnology to transform traditional material silk from clothing to medical use, which promotes the development of medical materials and effectively promotes agricultural efficiency, farmers' income increase, and rural revitalization. Introduction to Medical Silk Raw Material Base:

The company began establishing its first "Medical Silk Raw Material Base" in Qiandao Lake in 2011; Since 2015, the company's demand for silk raw materials has gradually increased. In 2018, the company established a 100 acre medical silk raw material base. In 2022, with the approval of medical device products using silk as raw material, the base area is expected to increase to 500 acres by 2023. With the further expansion of the base scale, it will effectively ensure the supply of silk raw materials, alleviate the employment problem of surrounding farmers, and promote their income growth and prosperity.
