After the mid-term assessment of the first batch of young scientist projects, on September 28th, the company's general manager Xuan Tiefeng visited Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Trade with project backbone personnel to hold talks on how to further improve the relevant work of the "Young Scientist Training Program".

Firstly, the leaders of universities welcome the on-site visits by the leadership of Xingyue. Secretary Tong of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Trade stated that the school leaders attach great importance to the implementation of the Young Scientists Training Program. After preliminary communication and discussion, outstanding young teachers were selected from the school and recommended to Xingyue Biology. In order to alleviate the pressure on young scientists in teaching and learning research tasks, the school's organization department has communicated and coordinated with the department head of Professor Zhu's major multiple times; At the same time, schools have also introduced some supportive policies for the cultivation of young scientists, such as the purchase of research instruments and equipment in universities will be tilted towards young scientist projects; The research funds allocated by the enterprise research institute to universities are earmarked for specific purposes. Finally, Secretary Tong expressed the hope to explore new paths for school enterprise cooperation through the training program for young scientists, and further strengthen cooperation and interaction between schools and enterprises.
After listening to the ideas of university leaders and the strong support of universities in young scientist projects, the company's general manager Xuan Tiefeng expressed great gratitude. Mr. Xuan briefly introduced the basic situation of the enterprise and stated that the implementation of the Young Scientist Training Program has brought a series of positive effects to the enterprise. Firstly, Professor Zhu's suture project has filled a gap in the company's industrialization project and further improved the project portfolio. The company's positioning for this project is also very clear, not just to conduct research, but to ultimately achieve industrial transformation and promote it to the market. Secondly, through this collaboration project with young scientists, universities have provided professional technical talents for the development of Star Moon Biology, alleviating the employment needs of enterprises; In the later stage, with the development of the enterprise's business, fresh graduates from biopharmaceutical related majors will also be gradually introduced from universities. Once again, through the platform of young scientists and enterprise research institutes, the enterprise has gathered a group of experts in the field of silk research, forming a silk research transformation group in Zhejiang Province to jointly promote basic research on silk and industrial transformation in the medical device industry. Finally, we hope to strengthen the communication and connection between young scientists and enterprise research institute teams to jointly solve technological bottlenecks. At present, Professor Zhu's project has encountered some technical difficulties. In order to achieve rapid progress of the project, if necessary, the company will select 1-2 professional technical personnel to participate in the project and assist Professor Zhu in solving equipment and silk mechanics problems. Meanwhile, Professor Zhu is also welcome to conduct some experiments at the Enterprise Research Institute and discuss project development plans with the R&D team.
Subsequently, young scientist Professor Zhu Zhenghua stated that in the future, he will strive to leverage his professional expertise, devote himself to scientific research, and work together with the research team of Xingyue Biology to carry out product research and development, technological breakthroughs, and promote the industrialization of scientific research achievements. And actively play the role of a bridge and link, promote the cooperation between universities and enterprises in science and technology projects, and strive for the scientific and technological innovation and development of enterprises.
