The Zhejiang Xingyue Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park project has passed the comprehensive completion acceptance inspection

Zhejiang Xingyue Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park is one of the six projects that commenced in the first phase of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City. Located in Yongfu Community, Wuchang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the project is invested and constructed by Zhejiang Xingyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The total construction area of the project is approximately 38,000 square meters, of which the total aboveground construction area is about 30,000 square meters, mainly used for office and research and development purposes.

The project commenced at the end of October 2012. By the end of 2014, the construction of Buildings 1#, 2#, 3-A#, and 3-B# of Zhejiang Xingyue Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park had passed the completion acceptance inspection conducted by the Quality Supervision Station of Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Urban Construction Survey and Research Institute, and other units, meeting the qualification standards. As of April 2015, various special inspections and acceptances such as fire safety, environmental protection, traffic evaluation, and planning acceptance had been completed, and approval documents from relevant departments had been obtained. The project had met the conditions for delivery and use. This project is the first completed project among six similar projects in the same block of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City (Haichuang Park), and was selected as a key construction project in Zhejiang Province in 2012.

After the project delivery, Zhejiang Xingyue Biotechnology Co., Ltd. will settle in the Regenerative Medicine Industrial Park and establish a key enterprise research institute R&D platform here, focusing on the development of key technologies such as medical new materials and stem cell tissue engineering products. At the same time, it plans to gather a group of biopharmaceutical industry companies to form a biopharmaceutical industry alliance and create a highland for the development of the biopharmaceutical industry.
