Management&Marketing Team's Journey to Xiangshan in 2022

From August 13th to August 14th, 2022, the management team and marketing team of Xingyue Biotechnology Union organized a team building activity in Xiangshan, Ningbo with the theme of "Ten years of team achievement dreams, five years of joint efforts to soar the sky". The company's deputy general manager Zhang Xiao, union chairman Yu Jinyou, and all employees of the company's finance department, office, sales department, and procurement department attended. The purpose of this team building activity is to cultivate teamwork and improve collaboration skills through various forms of games, allowing everyone to relax and get closer to nature in their busy work schedules.

At the event site, a simple warm-up activity will bring everyone into the activity. The fun filled mini games such as patting and grabbing water, cleverly selecting smart water, and quick reflexes make everyone have a great time playing. The activity scene was both passionate and warm, harmonious. Each employee fully demonstrated their teamwork spirit during the event, encouraging and cooperating with each other, dividing tasks in an orderly manner, and following orders in all actions. Through strong organization and discipline, they continuously achieved breakthroughs in team and self, successfully completed various tasks, and fully demonstrated the employees' good spirit and teamwork spirit.

After a series of game activities, the union arranged a unique beach unlimited self-service barbecue BBQ and beach bonfire party for employees. The smoke from the kitchen rose up, and the employees worked together. Delicious barbecues were also baked one after another. Everyone works together and eats together, showing warmth, harmony, happiness, and love. The hustle and bustle of the human world is the most soothing to the hearts of ordinary people. While enjoying skewers, drinking beer and cola, and chatting, one may feel tired and irritable. At this moment, after being washed away by nature, one can completely relax. At the evening beach bonfire party, everyone held hands around the bonfire, singing and dancing. The atmosphere continued to be hot, with laughter and cheers, once again pushing the atmosphere to a climax.

After two days and one night of team building activities, we felt the cohesion of a team. In the midst of busy work, I enjoyed the beauty of nature, allowing everyone to relax and relieve work pressure. At the same time, through team games, I deepened communication, understanding, and trust among employees.
